पुलिस भर्ती से पहले पेपर आउट कराने वाले गैंग का खुलासा, आठ गिरफ्तार
लव इंडिया, लखनऊ । यूपी में 17 व 18 फरवरी को होनी वाली सिपाही नागरिक पुलिस की सीधी भर्ती की लिखित परीक्षा का पेपर आउट करने की कोशिश करने गिरोह का एसटीएफ ने भंडाफोड़ करते हुए वाराणसी से दो, आगरा से दो, झांसी से दो, गाजीपुर से आठ युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इनके कब्जे से भारी मात्रा में आपत्ति जनक सामाग्री, गाड़ी,नकदी व अन्य समान बरामद किया है। परीक्षा से पूर्व एसटीएफ नकल माफिया और सॉल्वर गैंग पर पैनी नजर बनाए हुए है। यही वजह रही कि एसटीएफ को परीक्षा से पहले इतनी बड़ी सफलता मिल पायी।Lucknow . एसटीएफ ने वाराणसी से दो को दबोचा, सरगना फरार
एसटीएफ ने पुलिस में आरक्षी पद भर्ती हेतु आयोजित परीक्षा के नाम पर कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों के साथ धोखाधड़ी कर ठगी करने वाले गैंग के दो सदस्यों को वाराणसी प्रिन्स कुशवाहा व विजय कुमार को गिरफ्तार किया है। इनके कब्जे से तीन मोबाइल फोन, आठ अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र, 32अभ्यर्थियों के मूल शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र,24 अभ्यर्थियों के हस्ताक्षर युक्त सादा बैंक चेक,18 अभ्यर्थियों के हस्ताक्षरयुक्त स्टैम्प पेपर बरामद किया है। हालांकि इस दौरान भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर गैंग का सरगना वंशराज सिंह कुशवाहा फरार हो गया।

Three mobile phones, admit cards of eight candidates, original educational certificates of 32 candidates, plain bank checks with signatures of 24 candidates and stamp papers with signatures of 18 candidates have been recovered from their possession. However, during this time, taking advantage of the crowd, gang leader Vanshraj Singh Kushwaha escaped.
प्रति अभ्यर्थी से दस-दस लाख में हुआ था सौदा
गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों ने बताया कि गैंग सरगना द्वारा अपने साथियों के माध्यम से कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों से सम्पर्क कर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कराने के नाम पर प्रति अभ्यर्थी से लगभग 10-10 लाख रुपये तय किया गया था। इन लोगों द्वारा अभ्यर्थियों से एडवान्स के तौर पर 50-50 हजार रुपए, मूल शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र, प्रवेशपत्र, हस्ताक्षरयुक्त सादा बैंक चेक एवं सादा स्टैम्प पेपर पूर्व में ले लिया गया था।गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों द्वारा यह भी बताया गया कि वंशराज सिंह कुशवाहा द्वारा यूपी पुलिस के आरक्षी पद की भर्ती के लिए आयोजित परीक्षा का एक फर्जी एवं काल्पनित प्रश्नपत्र स्वयं तैयार किया गया था, जब सभी संबंधित अभ्यर्थी वहां एकत्रित हो जाते तो इन्हें कहीं एकान्त स्थान पर ले जाकर स्वयं तैयार किये गये फर्जी एवं काल्पनिक प्रश्नपत्र को इन अभ्यर्थियों को पढ़वा/साल्व कराकर ठगी कर इन्हें वापस भेज देता।
The deal was made for Rs 10 lakh each from each candidate. The arrested accused told that the gang leader, through his associates, had contacted some candidates and agreed to pay about Rs 10 lakh each from each candidate in the name of getting them to pass the examination. These people had earlier taken Rs 50,000 each as advance from the candidates, original educational certificate, admit card, plain bank check with signature and plain stamp paper. It was also told by the arrested accused that UP Police was arrested by Vanshraj Singh Kushwaha. A fake and imaginary question paper of the examination conducted for recruitment to the post of constable was prepared by itself. When all the concerned candidates gathered there, they were taken to a secluded place and made to read the fake and imaginary question paper prepared by them. /He would cheat them by getting them salved and send them back.
पोस्टमैन की भर्ती में कुछ अभ्यर्थियों से की थी ठगीमौके पर अभी कुछ और अभ्यर्थी आने वाले ही थे कि गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और वंशराज सिंह कुशवाहा स्वयं द्वारा तैयार किये गये फर्जी एवं काल्पनिक प्रश्नपत्र को लेकर मौके से फरार हो गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तगण द्वारा पूछताछ के दौरान यह भी बताया गया कि अभी विगत वर्ष 2023 में पोस्ट आफिस विभाग में ग्रामीण डाक सेवा (जीडीएस) में मेरिट के आधार पर पोस्टमैन की भर्ती निकली थी, जिसमें इस गैंग द्वारा कुछ अभ्यर्थियों से 50-50 हजार रुपए लेकर ठगी की गयी, जिन अभ्यर्थियों से पैसा लिया गया था, परन्तु उनकी भर्ती नहीं हो पायी थी। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों को थाना सारनाथ वाराणसी में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया जा रहा है

पुलिस सिपाही भर्ती में नौकरी दिलाने का लालच देकर ठगी व उद्दापन करने वाले गैंग के 02 शतिर सदस्य को गिरफ्तार
एसटीएफ ने आगरा से अर्न्तराज्यीय स्तर पर आगामी उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस सिपाही भर्ती में नौकरी दिलाने का लालच देकर ठगी व उद्दापन करने वाले गैंग के 02 शतिर सदस्य को गिरफ्तार किया है। अभियुक्त का नाम करतार सिंह निवासी राजस्थान हाल पता आगरा, टिन्कू कुमार पुत्र रामकुमार निवासी अलीगढ़ है। इनके कब्जे से बीस प्रवेश पत्र सिपाही भर्ती संबंधी, 15 हाईस्कूल की मार्कशीट, 15 इंटरमीडिएट की मार्कशीट, 22 चेक बुक, आठ आधार कार्ड, एक डीएल, एक डेबिट कार्ड, नौ स्टाम्प कार्ड, छह मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र, चार जाति प्रमाण पत्र, एक कार और 47000 रुपये नकद बरामद किय है।
STF has arrested two vicious members of a gang who were cheating and harassing by luring them with the promise of getting a job in Agra. Name of the accused is Kartar Singh resident of Rajasthan Hall address Agra, Tinku Kumar son of Ramkumar resident of Aligarh. In their possession were twenty admit cards related to constable recruitment, 15 high school mark sheets, 15 intermediate mark sheets, 22 check books, eight Aadhaar cards, one DL, one debit card, nine stamp cards, six native certificates, four caste certificates, A car and Rs 47,000 in cash have been recovered.
भर्ती परीक्षा में अभ्यार्थियों को पास करने का ठेका लेते हैं 10 से 12 लाख रुपये में
गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तो ने पूछताछ में बताया कि हम दोनों लोग पुलिस में होने वाली भर्ती परीक्षा में अभ्यार्थियों को पास करने का ठेका लेते हैं उनसे 10 से 12 लाख रूपये प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी से भर्ती होने की दशा में तय करते हैं व एडवांस में 20 से 25 हजार रूपये ले लेते हैं और भर्ती के बाद अभ्यर्थी मुकर ना जाये । इसलिए उससे पैसे बसूलने व दबाब बनाने के लिए उसके सर्टिफिकेट भी लेते व स्टाम्प व खाली चैक भी ले लेते हैं, ताकि इस पर हम अपने मुताबिक कुछ भी लिख सकें। हम लोगों की परीक्षा में कही कोई सेटिंग व जुगाड़ नहीं है, जो अभ्यर्थी अपने आप परीक्षा में पास हो जाते हैं तो उनसे पैसा लेकर हड़प लेते हैं और वह इसी धोखे में रहता है कि हमने ही उसे पास करवाया है।
The deal was made for ten to twelve lakh rupees. The arrested accused told during interrogation that both of us took the contract to pass the candidates in the police recruitment examination and we fixed Rs. 10 to 12 lakh from each candidate in case of recruitment. And they take 20 to 25 thousand rupees in advance and the candidate should not back out after recruitment. Therefore, to extort money from him and create pressure, we also take his certificates, stamps and blank cheques, so that we can write anything as per our wish on it. There is no setting or arrangement in our examination, those candidates who automatically pass the examination, they extort money from them and they remain under the illusion that we have got them passed.
गाजीपुर में बड़ी सफलता, आठ सदस्य गिरफ्तार
गाजीपुर जनपद पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को एक बड़ी सफलता हासिल किया। जब उसने उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस आरक्षी परीक्षा के दो दिन पूर्व ही पेपर आउट कराकर नकल कराने वाले गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ किया। जिसमें आठ अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। जिनके पास से भारी मात्रा में नगदी रकम के साथ ही ब्लैंक चेक व अभ्यर्थियों के शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र बरामद किए गए।पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि 17 व 18फरवरी को आयोजित होने वाली यूपी पुलिस आरक्षी परीक्षा 2023 में पेपर आउट कराकर नकल कराने वाले सक्रिय गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ स्वाट व सर्विलांस टीम तथा थाना नोनहरा व नन्दगंज पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा किया गया।
Ghazipur District Police achieved a major success on Friday. When he busted a cheating gang by getting the papers out two days before the Uttar Pradesh Police Reserve exam. In which eight accused were arrested. A huge amount of cash along with blank checks and educational certificates of the candidates were recovered from them. The Superintendent of Police said that the active gang involved in cheating by getting the papers out in the UP Police Reserve Examination 2023 to be held on 17th and 18th February has been arrested. The bust was done by the SWAT and surveillance team and a joint team of Nonhara and Nandganj police stations.
छह लाख नकद व 21 लाख के चेक किया बरामद
टीम द्वारा मुखबिरी सूचना पर भंडाफोड़ कर ग्राम मिरदादपुर थाना नोनहरा से आठ नफर अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके कब्जे से छह लाख रूपये नगद, 21 लाख रूपये का चेक, भारी मात्रा में कूटरचित दस्तावेज तथा मोबाईल व इलेक्ट्रानिक डिवाईस,एक चार पहिया वाहन टाटा नेक्सान व तीन मोटरसाईकिल बरामद बरामद किया गया। गिरफ्तारशुदा अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध थाना नोनहरा पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर नियमानुसार अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
On the basis of information received by the team, the team busted eight accused from Mirdadpur police station Nonhara and seized Rs 6 lakh in cash, check of Rs 21 lakh, huge quantity of forged documents and mobile and electronic devices, a four-wheeler Tata Nexon and Three motorcycles were recovered. A case has been registered against the arrested accused at Nonhara police station and further legal action is being taken as per rules.
परीक्षा शुरू होने से दो घंटे पहले परीक्षार्थियों के देते भेजते
हिरासत में लिये गये व्यक्तियों द्वारा बताया गया कि उनका एक संगठित गिरोह है। जिसमें वाराणसी डीएलडब्ल्यू के रहने वाले किशन मिश्रा व सुनील मिश्रा भी शामिल हैं। इनके गिरोह द्वारा विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में परीक्षा केन्द्रों व अन्य स्त्रोतों के माध्यम से सेटिंग कर परीक्षा से पहले ही प्रश्न पत्रों के अलग-अलग सेट को व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से प्राप्त करके उनके उत्तर सेटवार तैयार कर पूर्व से सेट किये गये परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा शुरू होने के लगभग दो घण्टे पहले ही भेज दिया जाता है।
The detained persons told that they belonged to an organized gang. In which Kishan Mishra and Sunil Mishra, residents of Varanasi DLW are also included. In various competitive examinations, their gangs, by making arrangements through examination centers and other sources, receive different sets of question papers through WhatsApp before the examination, prepare their answers set wise and send the information to the pre-set candidates before the commencement of the examination. It is sent about two hours before.
एक लाख नकद लेने के बाद अपने पास रख लेते थे अंकपत्र
अभियुक्तों ने बताया कि परीक्षार्थियों की सेटिंग हमलोग पहले ही अपने-अपने स्रोतों से व्यक्तिगत सम्पर्क कर उन्हें सफल होने का पूर्ण विश्वास दिलाकर लेते हैं। जिनसे 07-08 लाख रुपये की मोटी रकम वसूल कर हम लोग आपस में बांट लेते हैं। कुछ परीक्षार्थी पहले ही पूरी रकम दे देते हैं,जबकि कुछ नहीं दे पाते तो उनसे हम लोग एक लाख रूपये नगद तथा ब्लैंक चेक व उनका मूल शैक्षिक अंकपत्र व प्रमाणपत्र लेकर अपने पास रख लेते हैं। जब उनके द्वारा पूरा पैसा चुका दिया जाता है,तो उनका शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र व ब्लैंक चेक वापस कर दिया जाता है।The accused told that we already make personal contact with our respective sources and give them full confidence that they will be successful. From whom we collect a huge amount of Rs 07-08 lakh and distribute it among ourselves. Some candidates pay the entire amount in advance, while some are unable to pay, then we take Rs 1 lakh from them in cash and blank check and their original educational mark sheets and certificates and keep them with us. When the full amount is paid by them, their educational certificate and blank check are returned.

गिरफ्तार किए गए अभियुक्तों में पिन्टू यादव उर्फ गोपेश यादव उर्फ नीरज यादव उर्फ मास्टर उर्फ सिपाही पुत्र नंन्दलाल यादव उर्फ विनोद यादव निवासी गाजीपुर। सोनू यादव पुत्र अमेरिका यादव निवासी गाजीपुर। रामकरन यादव पुत्र स्व0 रामसूरत यादव निवासी ग्राम रसूलपुर कन्थवारा थाना नोनहरा गाजीपुर। रमाकान्त यादव पुत्र सुरेश सिंह यादव निवासी ग्राम सहबाजकुली थाना नोनहरा जनपद गाजीपुर। कपिलदेव सिंह यादव पुत्र जगदीश सिंह यादव निवासी ग्राम पीथापुर थाना जंगीपुर जनपद गाजीपुर। अभिमन्यु यादव पुत्र दुखन्ती सिंह यादव निवासी ग्राम लोकवापुर (अन्धऊ) थाना कोतवाली जनपद गाजीपुर। इन्द्रजीत यादव पुत्र रामबचन यादव निवासी गाजीपुर। अमित यादव पुत्र इन्द्रजीत सिंह यादव निवासी गाजीपुर शामिल हैं।

Ramakant Yadav, son of Suresh Singh Yadav, resident of village Sahabajkuli, police station Nonhara, district Ghazipur. Kapildev Singh Yadav, son of Jagdish Singh Yadav, resident of village Pithapur, police station Jangipur, district Ghazipur. Abhimanyu Yadav, son of Dukhanti Singh Yadav, resident of village Lokvapur (Andhau), police station Kotwali, district Ghazipur. Inderjeet Yadav, son of Rambachan Yadav, resident of Ghazipur. Amit Yadav son of Inderjit Singh Yadav resident of Ghazipur is included.
परीक्षा से पहले एसटीएफ ने झांसी से पकड़े दो मुन्ना भाई
एसटीएफ और झांसी पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने झांसी में आयोजित हो रही पुलिस भर्ती परीक्षा के मुन्ना भाइयों को परीक्षा बाधित करने से ठीक पहले ही पकड़ लिया। पुलिस ने उनके पास से कुछ प्रवेश पत्र, आधार कार्ड व तीन मोबाइल समेत दो लग्जरी कारें भी बरामद की है। यह दोनों कारों में से एक सांवली जिला और दूसरी झारखंड जनपद की बताई जा रही है। अन्य फरार साथियों की तलाश की जा रही है।पूछताछ में पता चला कि आठ से दस लाख रुपये पेपर लीक कराने का ठेका लिया था।A joint team of STF and Jhansi Police caught the Munna brothers just before they could disrupt the police recruitment examination being conducted in Jhansi. Police have also recovered some admit cards, Aadhar cards and three mobile phones along with two luxury cars from them. Of these two cars, one is said to be from Sanwali district and the other from Jharkhand district. Other absconding associates are being searched. During interrogation it was found that a contract worth Rs 8 to 10 lakh had been taken to leak the paper.
8 से 10 लाख रुपये में पेपर लीक कराने का था ठेका
जानकारी के मुताबिक पिछले 14 फरवरी से एसटीएफ की टीम इन मुन्ना भाईयों के पीछे लगी हुई थी। मोबाइल सर्वेलांस की सहायता से यह सामने आया था कि भारी भरकम रकम के बदले पेपर लीक से लेकर तैयारी करवाने तक का ठेका लिया था। यही नहीं इसके लिए यहां से लेकर मथुरा तक पूरी तैयारी करते हुये अभ्यर्थियों के नाम व रोल नम्बर तक की सूची तक तैयार की गई थी जो दर्जनों में थे। इन दोनों गिरफ्तार जालसाजों के अन्य साथी फरार बताए जा रहे हैं। उन सभी की तलाश एसटीएफ और नवाबाद थाना पुलिस की टीमें करने में जुटी हुई हैं।
There was a contract to leak the paper for Rs 8 to 10 lakh. According to the information, the STF team was after these Munna brothers since 14th February. With the help of mobile surveillance, it was revealed that in exchange of huge amount, the contract for everything from paper leak to preparation was taken. Not only this, complete preparations were made for this from here to Mathura, even the list of names and roll numbers of the candidates was prepared, which were in dozens. Other associates of these two arrested fraudsters are said to be absconding. STF and Nawabad police station teams are busy searching for all of them.
पहले भी कई परीक्षाओं के पेपर करा चुके थे आउट
पुलिस हिरासत में आए दोनों मुन्नाभाइयों के पास से यूपी 19 जे 5225 काले रंग की स्कॉर्पियो एवं जेएच 12 के 5777 सफेद रंग की फॉर्च्यूनर कार बरामद हुई है। स्कॉर्पियो कार शामली निवासी मोनू कुमार व फॉर्च्यूनर कार रजनीश उर्फ रंजन निवासी बिहार की बताई जा रही है। इन्हें नवाबाद थाने में रखा गया है। दोनों के पास से प्रवेश पत्र की 10 प्रतियां, 3 मोबाइल, 2 आधार कार्ड मय ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के बरामद की है।पकड़े गए अभियुक्तों ने बताया कि पहले भी कई परीक्षाअों का पेपर आउट कर चुके हैं।
UP 19 J 5225 black colored Scorpio and JH 12 K 5777 white colored Fortuner car have been recovered from the two Munnabhais who had already got many examination papers out. They were in police custody. The Scorpio car is said to be of Shamli resident Monu Kumar and the Fortuner car is said to be from Rajneesh alias Ranjan, resident of Bihar. They have been kept in Nawabad police station. 10 copies of admit cards, 3 mobile phones, 2 Aadhar cards along with driving license have been recovered from both of them. The arrested accused told that they had already given out the papers of many examinations.
