तीन फसलों पर MSP की गारंटी को नकारा, क्या पंजाब ने गंवाया बेहतर मौका…?
पंजाब के किसानों का आंदोलन अभी भी जारी है। सरकार ने किसानों को तीन फसलों पर एमएसपी की गारंटी दी है लेकिन किसानों ने केंद्र के इस प्रस्ताव को नकार दिया। किसानों को 23 फसलों पर एमएसपी की गारंटी चाहिए। केंद्र सरकार के इस प्रस्ताव को नकारना पंजाब के लिए महंगा पड़ सकता है। किसानों का दिल्ली कूच अभी कुछ दिनों के लिए टल गया है।इस प्रस्ताव को आंदोलन कर रहे भारतीय किसान यूनियन सिद्धूपुर और किसान मजदूर संघर्ष कमेटी ने खारिज कर दिया है।The agitation of farmers of Punjab is still going on. The government has guaranteed MSP to the farmers on three crops but the farmers rejected this proposal of the Centre. Farmers want guarantee of MSP on 23 crops. Rejecting this proposal of the Central Government may prove costly for Punjab. The farmers’ march to Delhi has been postponed for a few days. This proposal has been rejected by the agitating Bharatiya Kisan Union Sidhupur and Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee.
उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों की मांग सभी 23 फसलों पर स्वामीनाथन के फार्मूले पर एमएसपी की कानूनी गारंटी की है।संभव है कि किसान संगठन यह प्रस्ताव स्वीकार भी कर लेते लेकिन जो बड़े किसान संगठन इस आंदोलन से बाहर हैं उन्होंने सुबह ही इस प्रस्ताव को खारिज कर दिया और शाम तक दबाव में इन दोनों संगठनों को भी यही फैसला लेना पड़ा। अपनी मांगों को पूरा करवाने के लिए 21 फरवरी को दिल्ली कूच का आह्वान तो किसानों का 29 तक टल गया लेकिन उनके इस फैसले ने पंजाब को रसातल में धकेलने का एक और प्रयास किया है।He said that the demand of the farmers is a legal guarantee of MSP on all 23 crops on Swaminathan’s formula. It is possible that the farmer organizations would have accepted this proposal but the big farmer organizations which are outside this movement rejected this proposal in the morning itself. And by evening, under pressure, both these organizations had to take the same decision. The farmers’ call to march to Delhi on 21st February to get their demands met was postponed till 29th but their decision has made another attempt to push Punjab into the abyss.
