U P: मूल्यांकन कार्य क्षमता के आदेश से बिजली कर्मियों और अधिकारियों में हड़कंप
उत्तर प्रदेश पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन प्रबंधन के इस आदेश के बाद सभी बिजली कंपनियां 50 साल से अधिक आयु के हो चुके कार्मिकों की कार्यक्षमता के मूल्यांकन करने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम की एमडी वी. चैत्रा ने इसके लिए आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं। निगम कर्मचारियों यानी लेखा, लिपिक, टेक्निकल ग्रेड-दो, क्लास फोर की स्क्रीनिंग करेगा। इस कंपनी में तैनात जेई, एई, एसडीओ, एक्सईएन और अन्य अधिकारी जो कामन संवर्ग में आते हैं। उनकी स्क्रीनिंग कॉरपोरेशन प्रबंधन द्वारा कराई जाएगी। यूपीपीसीएल चेयरमैन डॉ.आशीष कुमार गोयल ने अधिक उम्र के कर्मचारियों की कार्यक्षमता के मूल्यांकन की व्यवस्था शासनादेश में है। मूल्यांकन के बाद शासनादेश में वर्णित व्यवस्थाओं के मुताबिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

JE, AE, SDO, XEN and other officers posted in this company come under common cadre. Their screening will be done by the corporation management. UPPCL Chairman Dr. Ashish Kumar Goyal said that there is a provision in the government order to evaluate the efficiency of older employees. After evaluation, action will be taken as per the arrangements mentioned in the government order.
