यूपीआई स्कैम के जरिये ग्राहकों का बैंक खाता खाली कर रहे साइबर ठग, ICICI बैंक ने जारी की चेतावनी

साइबर ठग एसएमएस फॉरवर्डिंग एप्स बनाते हैं, जो पंजीकरण के लिए यूपीआई डिवाइस बाइंडिंग मैसेज को ग्राहक के बैंक से जुड़े मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजते हैं।आईसीआईसीआई बैंक ने अपने सभी ग्राहकों को ‘नया यूपीआई एप’ स्कैम को लेकर आगाह किया है।Cyber fraudsters create SMS forwarding apps, which send UPI device binding messages to the customer’s bank linked mobile number for registration. ICICI Bank has warned all its customers about the ‘New UPI App’ scam.

यह चेतावनी ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग और खासकर विभिन्न यूपीआई एप का इस्तेमाल करने वालों के लिए जारी की गई है। बैंक ने अपने ग्राहकों को भेजे ईमेल में कहा, साइबर ठग मालवेयर की मदद से यूपीआई एप को निशाना बनाकर खातों से पैसे गायब कर रहे हैं। This warning has been issued for those using online banking and especially various UPI apps. The bank said in an email sent to its customers that cyber thugs are targeting the UPI app with the help of malware and making money go missing from the accounts.

साइबर ठग एसएमएस फॉरवर्डिंग एप्स बनाते हैं, जो पंजीकरण के लिए यूपीआई डिवाइस बाइंडिंग मैसेज को ग्राहक के बैंक से जुड़े मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजते हैं। ठग व्हाट्सएप के जरिये दुर्भावनापूर्ण तरीके से एपीके फाइलों के लिंक भेजते हैं। इसके बाद ठग यूपीआई एप्लिकेशन पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू करते हैं। जैसे ही उनके भेजे लिंक पर क्लिक करते हैं, तो आपका बैंक खाता खाली हो गया है।Cyber fraudsters create SMS forwarding apps, which send UPI device binding messages to the customer’s bank linked mobile number for registration. Fraudsters maliciously send links to APK files through WhatsApp. After this the fraudsters start the UPI application registration process. As soon as you click on the link sent by them, your bank account is emptied.
