Mission Shakti: अब यूपी में ई-ऑटो रिक्शा चलाएंगी महिलाएं
रोडवेज बसों के बाद अब उत्तर प्रदेश की महिलाएं आम पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट की भी ड्राइविंग सीट पर नजर आने वाली हैं। प्रदेश की महिलाओं को सुरक्षा, सम्मान और स्वावलंबन के साथ-साथ आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के मिशन में जुटी योगी सरकार मिशन शक्ति के तहत महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार उन्मुख ई रिक्शा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से जोड़ रही है।
इसके माध्यम से सरकार न सिर्फ महिलाओं को निशुल्क ई रिक्शा प्रशिक्षण दिला रही है, बल्कि ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के साथ ही सस्ती ब्याज दरों पर ई रिक्शा दिलाने का भी प्रबंध कर रही है। यही नहीं, ई रिक्शा पर 50 हजार रुपए तक की सब्सिडी भी प्रदान की जा रही है। प्रत्येक जनपद से 250 महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है।
सरकार की इस पहल से अब प्रदेश भर में सड़क पर प्रशिक्षित महिला ड्राइवर्स उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले ई रिक्शा चलाती नजर आएंगी। इससे उनकी आय का प्रबंध भी होगा और रोड एक्सीडेंट जैसी घटनाओं पर भी अंकुश लगेगा। यूपीकॉन के एमडी प्रवीण सिंह ने बताया कि मिशन शक्ति योजना के अंतर्गत ई रिक्शा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम एमएसएमई विभाग द्वारा संचालित एवं यूपीकॉन द्वारा क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा है।

After roadways buses, now women of Uttar Pradesh are going to be seen on the driving seat of general public transport also. The Yogi government, which is engaged in the mission of making the women of the state self-reliant along with security, respect and self-reliance, is connecting women with self-employment oriented e-rickshaw training program under Mission Shakti. Through this, the government is not only providing free e-rickshaw training to women, but is also making arrangements to provide e-rickshaw along with driving license at affordable interest rates. Not only this, subsidy of up to Rs 50 thousand is also being provided on e-rickshaw. 250 women from each district are being trained.
With this initiative of the government, now trained women drivers will be seen driving high quality e-rickshaws on the roads across the state. This will help in managing their income and also curb incidents like road accidents. UPCON MD Praveen Singh said that the e-rickshaw training program under the Mission Shakti scheme is being run by the MSME department and implemented by UPCON.
