उमेश लव, लव इंडिया, मुरादाबाद। महानगर के वार्ड 17 में लोग पानी की किल्लत से जूझ रहे हैं। यहां कब पीने के पानी की आपूर्ति ठप हो जाए कोई नहीं जानता क्योंकि जल निगम की पानी की सप्लाई की पाइप लाइन बेहद खराब है और कब, कहां से लीक हो जाए, कोई नहीं जानता। People are facing water shortage in Ward 17 of the metropolis. महानगर का लोकोशेड-चंद्रनगर का इलाका वार्ड 17 कहलाता है। यहां रेलवे कॉलोनी, रेलवे हरथला कॉलोनी, चंद्र शेखर आजाद मार्ग, एनके पुरम, राम आश्रम कॉलोनी, श्रीराम कालोनी, राम स्वरूप कॉलोनी समेत कई मुहल्ले हैं और यहां की कमला वर्मा लगातार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की दूसरी बार पार्षद हैं। इससे पहले भी भाजपा के ही गंगाराम सैनी पार्षद थे। Locoshed-Chandnagar area of the metropolis is called Ward 17. सत्ता से जुड़े होने के बावजूद लोकोशेड- चंद्रनगर वार्ड में समस्याओं का अंबार है लेकिन साफ-सफाई की बात छोड़ दें तो यहां के लोग बिजली-पानी की समस्या से सबसे अधिक परेशान हैं। यहां बिजली की तरह पानी की आपूर्ति कब बाधित हो जाए या गायब हो जाए, कहां नहीं जा सकता क्योंकि पानी की आपूर्ति न के बराबर है। स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहे तो प्रथम तल तक पानी की आपूर्ति नहीं पहुंचती है। Despite being connected to the government, there are a lot of problems in Locoshed-Chandranagar ward, but leaving aside the matter of cleanliness, the people here are most troubled by the problem of electricity and water.
