Good news: 29 फरवरी तक उपभोक्ता अपडेट कर सकेंगे फास्टैग केवाईसी
भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण फास्टैग के लिए केवाईसी की समय सीमा करीब एक महीने के लिए बढ़ा दी है। इससे पहले 15 जनवरी को एनएचएआइ ने कहा था कि बैंक अधूरे केवाईसी वाले फास्टैग को 31 जनवरी 2024 के बाद बंद कर देंगे। भले ही उनमें वैध राशि मौजूद हो। अब 29 फरवरी तक यूजर फास्टैग के लिए केवाईसी अपडेट कर सकेंगे। अधिकारी ने कहा कि 1.27 करोड़ में से केवल सात लाख मल्टीपल फास्टैग बंद किए गए हैं। इसलिए, सीमा को एक महीने और बढ़ा रहे हैं। इलेक्ट्रानिक टोल संग्रह प्रणाली की दक्षता बढ़ाने और टोल प्लाजा पर वाहनों की निर्बाध आवाजाही को संभव बनाने के लिए एनएचएआइ ने एक वाहन, एक फास्टैग पहल लागू की है।
Consumers will be able to update Fastag KYC till 29th February.
National Highway Authority of India has extended the KYC deadline for Fastag by about a month. Earlier on January 15, NHAI had said that banks will stop Fastag with incomplete KYC after January 31, 2024. Even if legitimate money is present in them. Now till 29th February, users will be able to update KYC for Fastag. The official said that out of 1.27 crore, only seven lakh multiple Fastags have been closed. Therefore, the limit is being extended by one more month. To increase the efficiency of the electronic toll collection system and enable seamless movement of vehicles at toll plazas, NHAI has implemented One Vehicle, One Fastag initiative.
