गदर फिल्म के अभिनेत्री अमीषा पटेल कोर्ट में हुई पेश जमानत की लड़ाई गुहार
लव इंडिया, मुरादाबाद। छह साल पुराने धोखाधड़ी के मामले में फिल्म अभिनेत्री अमीषा पटेल मंगलवार दोपहर को न्यायालय जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश की कोर्ट में पेश हुई और उन्होंने कोर्ट में प्रथम अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र दाखिल किया। उन्होंने कोर्ट को बताया कि अभिनेत्री से संबंधित मामला एसीजेएम कोर्ट नंबर-दो में विचाराधीन है और उन्हें संबंधित परिवाद में उन्हें झूठा एवं रंजिशन फंसाया गया है। पूरे घटनाक्रम से उनका कोई भी संबंध नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके खाते में किसी प्रकार का कोई लेनदेन नहीं किया गया है और उनके खिलाफ गलत आदेश पारित किया गया है। उनके द्वारा कहा गया की वारंट जारी होने के कारण उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है इसलिए उनके द्वारा अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है।
Film actress Ameesha Patel appeared in the court of the District and Sessions Judge on Tuesday afternoon in a six-year-old fraud case and filed her first anticipatory bail application in the court. He told the court that the case related to the actress is pending in ACJM Court No. 2 and she has been falsely implicated in the complaint related to her. He has no connection with the entire incident. He said that no transaction of any kind has been done in his account and a wrong order has been passed against him. He said that he could be arrested as a warrant has been issued, hence he is submitting an anticipatory bail application.
ज्ञात हो कि ड्रीम विजन नाम से कंपनी चलाने वाले पवन कुमार वर्मा ने आरोप लगाया था कि उनके ग्राहक आयुष अग्रवाल की शादी में 16 नवंबर 2017 को 11 लख रुपए देकर उनके द्वारा डांस करने के लिए अभिनेत्री अमीषा पटेल को बुलाया गया था। इस संबंध में राजकुमार नामक व्यक्ति को 11 लख रुपए एडवांस में भी दे दिए गए थे। इसके अतिरिक्त मुकदमे में विपक्षी बनाए गए अन्य लोगों द्वारा 2 लाख रुपए की और मांग की गई। किंतु पूरी डील फाइनल होने के बाद भी अमीषा पटेल नियत तिथि को कार्यक्रम के लिए नहीं आई। इसी प्रकरण में 11 फरवरी 2019 को सम्मन जारी कर सभी आरोपियों को न्यायालय में तलब किया गया था। किंतु अमीषा पटेल द्वारा ना आने के कारण के उनके खिलाफ वारंट जारी कर दिए गए थे।

But even after the entire deal was finalized, Ameesha Patel did not come for the program on the scheduled date. In this case, summons were issued on 11 February 2019 and all the accused were summoned to the court. But due to Ameesha Patel not coming, warrants were issued against her.
अमीषा ने कहा है कि उनके विरुद्ध वारंट चल रहे हैं जिस कारण उन्हें उनकी गिरफ्तारी की आशंका है। इसलिए वह अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र दे रही हैं। अमीषा ने मामले से इनकार करते हुए कहा है कि परिवादी पवन कुमार वर्मा से न तो उनकी कभी कोई डील हुई और न ही रुपये का लेनदेन और न ही डांस करने को लेकर कभी कोई बातचीत। उन्होंने ये भी कहा है कि पवन कुमार वर्मा की तरफ से जो भी रुपये दिए गए वह राजकुमार गोस्वामी के खाते में भेजे गए। जिस कार्यक्रम के लिए रुपये दिए गए, उसके कोई भी संविदा उनसे (अमीषा) नहीं की गई थी।अमीषा ने यह भी कहा है कि वह राजकुमार गोस्वामी को जानती तक नहीं हैं और न ही कभी उनसे मुलाकात हुई है। इस मामले में अभिनेत्री के अधिवक्ता अभिषेक कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि अमीष पटेल के विरुद्ध कोर्ट ने शमन जारी किए थे। जिसके तहत वह मंगलवार को कोर्ट में पेश हुईं और न्यायालय को प्रकरण में जानकारी देते हुए प्रथम अग्रिम जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र दाखिल किया है।

Ameesha has denied the matter and said that she neither had any deal with the complainant Pawan Kumar Verma nor any transaction of money nor any conversation regarding dancing. He has also said that whatever money was given by Pawan Kumar Verma was sent to the account of Rajkumar Goswami. No contract for the program for which money was given was signed with her (Ameesha). Ameesha has also said that she does not even know Rajkumar Goswami nor has she ever met him. In this case, the actress’s advocate Abhishek Kumar Sharma said that the court had issued mitigation against Amish Patel. Under which she appeared in the court on Tuesday and filed the first anticipatory bail application giving information about the case to the court.
