भंडाफोड़: बरेली में चल रहा था फर्जी इंडियन पैरामेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट
लव इंडिया, बरेली। इज्जतनगर थाना क्षेत्र में पीलीभीत बाईपास पर इंडियन पैरामेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट नाम से फर्जी पैरामेडिकल कॉलेज का संचालन हो रहा था। इसमें विभिन्न कोर्स के करीब एक हजार से ज्यादा विद्यार्थी पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। गुरुवार को छात्र-छात्राओं के हंगामे के बाद पुलिस प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीमों ने छापा मारा तो पैरामेडिकल कॉलेज के फर्जी संचालन की पुष्टि हुई । इसके बाद कॉलेज को बंद करा दिया गया।
A fake paramedical college named Indian Paramedical Institute was running on Pilibhit bypass in Izzatnagar police station area. In this, more than one thousand students of various courses are studying. On Thursday, after the uproar by the students, the police administration and health department teams raided, then the fake operation of the paramedical college was confirmed. After this the college was closed.
पुलिस प्रशासन की माने तो बीते दो-तीन वर्षों से इंडियन पैरामडिकल कॉलेज का संचालन हो रहा था। हर साल छात्र छात्र छात्राओंछात्र छात्राओंछात्राओं के दाखिले भी लिए जाते रहे। छात्रों से वसूली जाती थी इतनी फीस जांच में कॉलेज के फर्जी संचालन का खुलासा होने पर विद्यार्थियों के होश उड़ गए।
According to the police administration, the Indian Paramedical College was running for the last two-three years. Every year the admissions of students were also taken. Such fees were collected from the students, the students were shocked when the fake operation of the college was revealed in the investigation.
और सबसे खास बात यह है कि यहां जिन छात्रों ने प्रवेश लिया था, उनका आज तक कोई पेपर नहीं कराया गया है। जब वह अपना रिजल्ट मांगते हैं तो उनको कोई ना कोई बहाना बनाकर बहला-फुसला दिया जाता है। जिस कारण हजारों छात्र-छात्राओं लोगों का भविष्य दांव पर लगा हुआ है। इस मामले में आज वहां एडमिशन लेने वाले छात्रों ने हंगामा काटा। हंगामे की सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने छात्रों को शांत कराया।छात्र-छात्राओं ने कॉलेज के बाहर एकजुट होकर कॉलेज संचालक डॉ. विनोद कुमार यादव के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की। और सबसे खास बात यह है कि यहां जिन छात्रों ने प्रवेश लिया था, उनका आज तक कोई पेपर नहीं कराया गया है। जब वह अपना रिजल्ट मांगते हैं तो उनको कोई ना कोई बहाना बनाकर बहला-फुसला दिया जाता है। जिस कारण हजारों छात्र-छात्राओं लोगों का भविष्य दांव पर लगा हुआ है। इस मामले में आज वहां एडमिशन लेने वाले छात्रों ने हंगामा काटा। हंगामे की सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने छात्रों को शांत कराया।

इस दौरान वहां मौजूद छात्रों ने बताया कि वह यहां पर एएनएम, डीएमएलडी आदि कोर्स कर रहे हैं। उन्हें एडमिशन देने से पहले बताया गया था कि वह उनको बैक डेट में एडमिशन कर उनको डिप्लोमा का सर्टिफिकेट दे दिया जाएगा, लेकिन आज तक उसका कोई एग्जाम नहीं हुआ। उन लोगों ने डिप्लोमा कोर्स करने के लिए लाखों रुपये की फीस जमा कर दी। दो साल हो गए, लेकिन उनका आज तक एग्जाम तक नहीं कराया गया। उनके भविष्य से खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है। इस मामले में छात्रों की तरफ से थाना इज्जतनगर में तहरीर दी गई है।

Before giving them admission, they were told that they would be given admission in back date and they would be given diploma certificate, but till date no exam has been done for them. Those people deposited fees of lakhs of rupees for doing diploma course. Two years have passed, but till date their examination has not been conducted. Their future is being played with. इंडियन पैरामेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट में विभिन्न कोर्स के करीब एक हजार से ज्यादा विद्यार्थी पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग में कॉलेज का पंजीकरण नहीं है। कॉलेज में छात्रों से किसी भी एक कोर्स के लिए अब तक 80 हजार से दो लाख तक फीस वसूली जा रही थी।
More than one thousand students of various courses are studying in the Indian Paramedical Institute. The college is not registered with the Medical Education Department. Till now fees ranging from 80 thousand to 2 lakh was being collected from the students in the college for any one course.
इंडियन पैरामेडिकल इंस्टिट्यूट का संचालक डॉक्टर विनोद कुमार यादव बताया गया है और यह वही है जो पहले हिंदुस्तान अस्पताल का फर्जी तरीके से हिंदुस्तान अस्पताल चला रहे थे और जांच के बाद इस अस्पताल को स्वास्थ्य विभाग में 2016 में बंद करा दिया था।
