ज्ञानवापी मामले में जिला जज का आदेश, सार्वजनिक की जाएगी सर्वे रिपोर्ट की हार्ड कॉपी
लव इंडिया। जिला जज ने ज्ञानवापी की सर्वे रिपोर्ट वादियों को दिए जाने का आदेश दे दिया है। बता दें कि हिंदू पक्ष की ही एक अन्य वादिनी राखी सिंह का कहना था कि अदालत में दाखिल रिपोर्ट के अध्ययन का अधिकार वादी पक्ष को है।
ज्ञानवापी परिसर की सीलबंद सर्वे रिपोर्ट को लेकर जिला जज डॉ. अजय कृष्ण विश्वेश की अदालत ने बुधवार को फैसला सुनाया। जिला जज ने सर्वें रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक करने का आदेश दिया है। भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (एएसआई) ने पहले ही रिपोर्ट अदालत में दाखिल की थी।
हिंदू पक्ष का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन ने कहा आज अदालत ने दोनों पक्षों को सुना और सहमति बनी कि ASI की रिपोर्ट की हार्ड कॉपी दोनों पक्षों को दी जाएगी। ASI ई-मेल के माध्यम से रिपोर्ट देने पर आपत्ति जता रही थी, इसलिए दोनों पक्ष रिपोर्ट की हार्ड कॉपी प्राप्त करने पर सहमत हुए। नकल के लिए पक्षकार कोर्ट में आवेदन देंगे।
District judge’s order in Gyanvapi case, hard copy of survey report will be made public

The court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh gave its verdict on Wednesday regarding the sealed survey report of Gyanvapi complex. The District Judge has ordered to make the survey report public.
The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) had already filed the report in the court. Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu side, said that today the court heard both the parties and agreed that the hard copy of the ASI report will be given to both the parties.
The ASI was objecting to giving the report through e-mail, so both parties agreed to receive a hard copy of the report. The parties will apply to the court for copying.
