रिलायंस जनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के अध्यक्ष की गिरफ्तारी के आदेश
लव इंडिया, संभल। थाना नख़ासा पुलिस द्वारा थाने पर खड़ी लावारिस कारों की नीलामी के लिए विज्ञापन निकाला गया। न्यायालय की अनुमति से नीलामी में स्कार्पियो कार खरीदी गयी। इसकी कीमत तीन लाख रुपए अदा करने एवं जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग, संभल के आदेश के बाबजूद वाहन के पंजीकरण दस्तावेज ट्रांसफर ना कराने के मामले में जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग संभल ने रिलायंस जनरल इन्शोरेंस कंपनी के चेयरमैन की गिरफ्तारी के आदेश दिए है। मालूम हो कि रिलायंस जनरल इंश्योरेंस कम्पनी लिमिटेड के अध्यक्ष/प्रबंध निदेशक मुख्यालय द्वितीय व तृतीय तल, विनवे बिल्डिंग, 11, 12 ब्लॉक नंबर-4, ओल्ड नंबर- 67, साउथ तुकोगंज, निकट मधुमिलन स्क्वायर इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश, 452001 में है।

नखासा थानाक्षेत्र के रुकनुद्दीन सराय निवासी शकील अहमद पुत्र जमील अहमद ने वर्ष 2010 में थाना नख़ासा (संभल) पुलिस द्वारा जारी कराएं गये विज्ञापन को पढ़ा जिसमें पुलिस ने थाने पर खड़े वाहनो को नीलाम करने कर विज्ञापन निकाला था। पुलिस से संपर्क करने पर ज्ञात हुआ कि थाने पर खड़ी स्कार्पियो कार संख्या डी.एल-7सी 4545 के स्वामी रिलायंस जनरल इन्शारेंस हैं। बीमा कंपनी से सहमति लेकर एवं धनराशि अदा करके कार नीलामी में खरीदी जा सकती है। उपभोक्ता ने बीमा कंपनी में रु.3 लाख जमा कराकर कार को नीलामी में खरीदा। बीमा कंपनी ने वाहन के स्वामित्व सम्बंधी दस्तावेज शीघ्र ही उपभोक्ता को जारी करने कर आश्वासन दिया लेकिन बीमा कम्पनी ने वाहन का स्वामित्व ट्रांसफर नहीं कराया।
#Shakeel Ahmed, son of Jamil Ahmed, resident of Ruknuddin Sarai of Nakhasa police station area, read the advertisement issued by the Nakhasa (Sambhal) police station in the year 2010 in which the police had issued an advertisement by auctioning the vehicles parked at the police station. #After contacting the police, it was found that the owner of the Scorpio car number DL-7C 4545 parked at the police station is Reliance General Insurance. #The car can be purchased at auction by taking consent from the insurance company and paying the amount. #The consumer bought the car in an auction by depositing Rs.3 lakh with the insurance company. #The insurance company gave assurance to the consumer by issuing the documents related to the ownership of the vehicle soon, but the insurance company did not transfer the ownership of the vehicle.
इस पर उपभोक्ता ने जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग संभल मे रिलायंस जनरल इशोरेंस क.के विरुद्ध वाद योजित किया। सुनवाई के दौरान जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग संभल को उपभोक्ता मामलों के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता देवेंद्र वार्ष्णेय ने बताया कि जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग संभल ने 30 दिसंबर,2022 को रिलायंस जनरल इशोरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड को रुपए 3 लाख 6% ब्याज सहित वापस करने, क्षतिपूर्ति एवं व्यय हेतु 15 हज़ार अदा करने के आदेश दिए गये लेकिन बीमा कंपनी ने आयोग के आदेश कर पालन नहीं किया। इस पर जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग, संभल ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए रिलायंस इन्शारेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड के चेयरमैन के विरुद्ध गैर जमानती वारंट जारी कर गिरफ़्तारी के आदेश दिए हैं।
