घरेलू इक्विटी बेंचमार्क निफ्टी 50 और सेंसेक्स सोमवार (19 फरवरी) को लगातार पांचवें दिन बढ़त के बंद हुए। घरेलू शेयर बाजार में आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज (आरआईएल) और भारती एयरटेल के शेयरों में सबसे अधिक मजबूती दिखी। हालांकि, कमजोर वैश्विक संकेतों के कारण बाजार में लाभ सीमित दायरे में रहा क्योंकि अमेरिका से आए आंकड़ों से ब्याज दरों में कटौती की उम्मीद कमजोर हुई है। सोमवार को सेंसेक्स 282 अंक या 0.39 प्रतिशत की बढ़त के साथ 72,708.16 अंक पर बंद हुआ। वहीं, निफ्टी 50 ने सत्र के दौरान 22,186.65 के अपने नए सर्वकालिक उच्च स्तर को छुआ और अंत में 82 अंक या 0.37 प्रतिशत की बढ़त के साथ 22,122.25 पर बंद हुआ।

Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex closed with gains for the fifth consecutive day on Monday (February 19). In the domestic stock market, shares of ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries (RIL) and Bharti Airtel showed maximum strength. However, gains in the market remained limited due to weak global cues as data from the US weakened expectations of interest rate cut. On Monday, the Sensex closed at 72,708.16 with a gain of 282 points or 0.39 percent. At the same time, Nifty 50 touched its new all-time high of 22,186.65 during the session and finally closed at 22,122.25 with a gain of 82 points or 0.37 percent.
