सुप्रीम कोर्ट से हेमंत सोरेन को झटका, याचिका पर सुनवाई से इनकार

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की याचिका पर सुनवाई से शुक्रवार को इनकार कर दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोरेन से पूछा कि आप हाईकोर्ट क्यों नहीं जाते? सोरेन की ओर से पेश वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि यह मामला एक मुख्यमंत्री से संबंधित है, जिसे गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि अदालतें सभी के लिए खुली हैं और उच्च न्यायालय संवैधानिक अदालतें हैं। आपको हाईकोर्ट जाना चाहिए। हेमंत सोरेन ने अपनी याचिका में ईडी पर लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले केंद्र सरकार की सुनियोजित साजिश के तहत उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने का आरोप लगाया है।
