आरबीआई की ओर से जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार 29 फरवरी 2024 तक, 2,000 रुपये के नोटों का लगभग 97.62% बैंकिंग प्रणाली में वापस आ गया है। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने घोषणा की है कि वह खातों के वार्षिक समापन के कारण 1 अप्रैल को 2,000 रुपये नोटों को एक्सचेंज और स्वीकार नहीं करेगा।आरबीआई ने कहा है कि यह सेवा 2 अप्रैल को फिर से शुरू होगी। According to data released by RBI, as of February 29, 2024, about 97.62% of the Rs 2,000 notes have returned to the banking system.
