Asian Vivekanand Super Specialist Hospital:दुर्लभ बीमारी से पीड़ित ‘भगवान देवी’ के लिए ‘भगवान’ साबित हुआ

जी हां ! यही कड़वा सच है। असल में पड़ोसी जनपद संभल जिले के चंदौसी की 40 वर्षीय महिला भगवान देवी की पिछले 10-11 दिनों से सांस फूल रही थी खान-पान के बावजूद वजन लगातार घट रहा था और पेशाब भी बहुत काम आ रहा था। इस कारण भगवान देवी शुगर और हाइपरटेंशन की बीमारी थी और लगातार हालत बिगड़ती जा रही थी। ऐसे में परिजनों ने भगवान देवी को चंदौसी स्थित विश्वकर्मा अस्पताल में दिखाया। जहां डॉ. कमल किशोर ने भगवान देवी को देखा तो चौंक गए क्योंकि लगातार दवा खाने के बावजूद भगवान देवी का सांस फूल रहा था, पैरों में सूजन कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही थी और स्वस्थ के लगातार गिरने के कारण भगवान देवी को चलने-फिरने में भी दिक्कत थी। इस पर उन्होंने एशियन विवेकानंद सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट हॉस्पिटल, मुरादाबाद के डॉ. गीतेश मानिक से संपर्क किया। जहां भगवान देवी को रात साढ़े दस बजे भर्ती किया गया। टेस्ट और जांचें कराई गई। रिपोर्ट आईं तो डॉ. गीतेश मानिक भी चौक गए क्योंकि भगवान देवी को एक-दो नहीं, बल्कि तीन बीमारियां एक साथ थीं। साथ ही, दिल की दुर्लभ बीमारी लुटेम्बाचर सिंड्रोम थी और यह रोग दस लाख पीड़ितों में से 0.001 को होती है।
Yes ! This is the bitter truth. In fact, Bhagwan Devi, a 40-year-old woman from Chandausi in neighboring Sambhal district, was suffering from shortness of breath for the last 10-11 days. Despite eating and drinking, her weight was continuously decreasing and urination was also becoming less frequent. एशियन विवेकानंद अस्पताल के वरिष्ठ कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. गीतेश मानिक के मुताबिक, वर्ष 1997 में अमेरिकन हार्ट जनरल में इस संबंध में एक अध्ययन भी प्रकाशित प्रकाशित हो चुका और इसके मुताबिक लुटेम्बाचर सिंड्रोम रोग दस लाख पीड़ित व्यक्तियों में से मात्र 0.001 होता है। लुटेम्बाचर सिंड्रोम से पीड़ित रोगी महिला/पुरुष की दिल की मांसपेशियों में पानी भर जाता है और इसकी वजह से सांस फूलने की दिक्कत होती है। इतना ही नहीं, दिल के वाल्व का सिकुड़ना एवं जन्मजात दिल में छेद होने से भी यह दिक्कत रहती है। यह बीमारी बहुत ही दुर्लभ किस्म की बीमारी है जो दुनिया भर में बहुत ही कम लोगों में पाई जाती है।
According to Dr. Geetesh Manik, senior cardiologist of Asian Vivekananda Hospital, a study in this regard was published in the American Heart Journal in the year 1997 and according to this, the incidence of Luttbacher syndrome disease is only 0.001 out of one million sufferers. The heart muscles of a man/woman suffering from Luttbacher syndrome get filled with water and due to this, there is difficulty in breathing. Not only this, this problem also occurs due to shrinking of heart valves and congenital hole in the heart. This disease is a very rare type of disease which is found in very few people around the world.
लुटेम्बाचर सिंड्रोम से पीड़ित भगवान देवी के तीमारदारों को इस संबंध में बताया गया और लगभग साढ़े चार लाख का खर्च आने की बात कहीं तो भगवान देवी के तीमारदारों ने हाथ खड़े कर दिए और घर ले जाने की तैयारी करने लगे। इसी बीच, विश्वकर्मा हॉस्पिटल के डॉ. कमल किशोर से बात हुई तो उन्होंने भी दुर्लभ बीमारी होने के साथ ही पीड़ित की आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर होने की बात कहते हुए डेढ़ लाख रुपए की मदद करने का आश्वासन दिया। इस पर डॉ. गीतेश मानिक ने एशियन ग्रुप के मेडिकल डायरेक्टर डॉ. प्रशांत पांडे, रीजनल डायरेक्टर डॉ. हिलाल अहमद से बात की और आर्थिक स्थिति का हवाला देते हुए दुर्लभ लुटेम्बाचर सिंड्रोम से अवगत कराया और कहा कि समुचित इलाज न होने पर भगवान देवी का जीवन खतरे में है और कभी भी अनहोनी हो सकती है। इस पर एशियन ग्रुप के मेडिकल डायरेक्टर डॉ. प्रशांत पांडे, रीजनल डायरेक्टर डॉ. हिलाल अहमद ने मानवता दिखाई और शेष खर्चा एशियन विवेकानंद सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट हॉस्पिटल द्वारा वहन करने की स्वीकृति दे दी।
When Lord Devi’s attendants, who were suffering from Luttbacher syndrome, were informed about the cost and told that it would cost around four and a half lakhs, the attendants of Lord Devi raised their hands and started preparing to take her home. इसके बाद, डॉ. गीतेश मानिक उपचार में जुट गए और अपनी टीम के साथ पीड़ित भगवान देवी के दिल की जटिल बीमारी के इलाज के क्रम में सबसे पहले दिल की मांसपेशियों के पानी को पेरिकार्डियल सिंथेसिस के द्वारा निकाना। इसके बाद बैलून माइट्रल वाल्वोटॉमी (B.M.V.) की एवं दिल के छेद को A.S.D. क्लोजर डिवाइस के द्वारा बंद किया। इसमें सबसे खास बात यह है कि यह पूरा प्रोसीजर बिना किसी चीर फाड़ के किया गया। भगवान देवी अब बिल्कुल स्वस्थ है और उसको छुट्टी करके घर भेजने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है।

After this, balloon mitral valvotomy (BMV) was done and the hole in the heart was closed with ASD closure device. The most important thing in this is that this entire procedure was done without any incision. Bhagwan Devi is now completely healthy and the process of discharging her and sending her home is going on.
शुक्रवार को इस संबंध में एशियन विवेकानंद सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट हॉस्पिटल में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए सीनियर कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट डॉक्टर गीतेश मानिक ने कहा कि इलाज की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया में लगभग साढ़े चार लाख रुपए खर्च आए। इसके लिए विश्वकर्मा हॉस्पिटल, चंदौसी के डॉ. कमल किशोर और एशियन विवेकानंद सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट हॉस्पिटल, मुरादाबाद के एशियन ग्रुप के मेडिकल डायरेक्टर डॉ. प्रशांत पांडे, रीजनल डायरेक्टर डॉ. हिलाल अहमद का शुक्रिया अदा किया। साथ ही, एशियन ग्रुप के एशियन विवेकानंद सुपर स्पेशलिस्ट हॉस्पिटल, मुरादाबाद के सेंटर मैनेजर शोएब मलिक का भी आभार जताया, जिनके प्रयास से यह खर्च वहन करने की अनुमति मिली और भगवान देवी का बिल्कुल मुफ्त इलाज हो सका। भगवान देवी के परिवार वालों ने भी एशियन विवेकानंद को धन्यवाद एवं आभार व्यक्त किया है।
