आप सेलिब्रिटी क्यों न हो, फोटो खिंचवा रहे हो और ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ा है तो कानून में कोई छूट नहीं
मुंबई। भले ही आप फोटो खिंचाने के लिए ही क्यों न कर रहे हो, ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ने वालों के लिए कानून में कोई छूट नहीं है। ऐसा लगता है कि बॉलीवुड अभिनेता अमिताभ बच्चन और अनुष्का शर्मा को चालान जारी करने के बाद मुंबई पुलिस ने यह संदेश काफी स्पष्ट तौर पर दे दिया है। हाल ही में इन दोनों अभिनेताओं के बिना हेलमेट पहने दोपहिया वाहनों की सवारी करते हुए फोटो सामने आए थे।

Recently photos surfaced of both these actors riding two-wheelers without wearing helmets.
मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत बिना हेलमेट पहने दोपहिया वाहनों की सवारी करना एक अपराध है। इस हफ्ते की शुरुआत में इनकी ऐसी तस्वीरें सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुईं। जिसके बाद इंटरनेट यूजर्स ने यह सवाल उठाया कि क्या मशहूर हस्तियों को कानून से छूट मिली हुई है। मुंबई पुलिस ने बुधवार को एलान किया कि दोनों का चालान काट दिया गया है।

समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई ने एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी के हवाले से कहा, “अमिताभ और अनुष्का दोनों पर उनके बाइक राइडर्स के जरिए ने मुंबई की सड़कों पर बिना हेलमेट के बाइक चलाने के लिए जुर्माना लगाया है।” मुंबई ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने अपने सोशल मीडिया हैंडल पर अभिनेताओं को जारी किए गए चालानों की प्रतियां भी साझा कीं। जिस राइडर के साथ अनुष्का शर्मा को स्पॉट किया गया था उसका चालान 10,500 रुपये के जुर्माने के साथ काटा गया था। मुंबई पुलिस ने कहा कि ‘मोटर वाहन अधिनियम की धारा 129/194 (डी), धारा 5/180 और धारा 3 (1) 181 के तहत चालान जारी किया गया है।

The Mumbai Traffic Police also shared copies of the challans issued to the actors on their social media handles. The rider with whom Anushka Sharma was spotted was challaned with a fine of Rs 10,500. Mumbai Police said that ‘Challan has been issued under Section 129/194 (D), Section 5/180 and Section 3 (1) 181 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
